Party Meatballs

Mix the following thoroughly in large bowl:

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

1/2 cup minced onion

1/2 t worcestershire sauce

1 t salt

1/2 t pepper

1 T parsley

1 egg

1/4 cup milk



Form into walnut sized balls and brown on all sides in a skillet.   Once cooled, put in zip-loc bags.  If you’re serving these in a day or two, store them in the refrigerator. If your party isn’t for a few weeks, throw them in the freezer.

Add one 12 oz bottle of chili sauce and 4 oz of grape jelly.  Heat thoroughly.  Serve warm.
