Cheese Ball

Ingredients

½ pound (2 sticks) butter

8 oz cream cheese

2 – 5 oz glass Pimento cheese*

1 – 5 oz glass Old English cheese*

1 – 5 oz glass Roka cheese*+

2 cloves + of minced garlic (more to taste)

 

Directions

Have all ingredients at room temperature

Mix and chill a short while and then roll in chopped walnuts

 

Makes 4 balls

 

*These are frequently found on the cracker aisle with other shelf-stable cheeses. 

+If you can’t find the Roka, substitute ~4 oz of crumbled bleu cheese.
