    Clara, I don’t know if you can use this or not.

    Here’s a simple way to add a decorative chocolate touch to desserts. Melt chopped semisweet or bittersweet chocolate and spread it thinly on waxed paper. Let it cool slightly. When it starts to set, use cookie cutters to create chocolate shapes Remover the cutouts from the waxed paper when the chocolate is completely cooled.
